ONE-TRADE-CUP — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Description
One-Trade-Cup is an algorithmic spot trading bot service that executes Binance spot trades on your behalf using your own Binance API keys. All trading is spot only — no leverage, no margin, no interest.

2. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. One-Trade-Cup does not guarantee profits.

3. Your Responsibilities
• Maintain sufficient USDT balance in your Binance account at all times
• Keep your API keys secure and never share them
• Enable Spot Trading only on your Binance API — never enable withdrawals
• Pay subscription fees and commissions on time to keep your bot active

4. Fees & Commission
• Quarterly subscription fee applies based on your tier
• 10% performance commission on profitable closed trades only
• Non-payment within 48 hours pauses your bot automatically

5. Referral Program
• Earn 10% of the first subscription fee paid by every subscriber you refer
• Credit is paid after the referred subscriber completes full verification and first payment
• Credit is paid to your Binance wallet by admin

6. Data & Privacy
• Your Binance API keys are stored securely and used only for trading
• We never withdraw funds from your account
• Your personal data is not shared with third parties

7. Termination
One-Trade-Cup reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, API key issues, or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations. By using this service you agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation or binding international arbitration.
